Terms for placing an order:  First orders are paid by credit card and are charged when order ships.  All other orders are net 30.

Snuggle Me’z™ orders are shipped via UPS ground within 1 – 2 business days.  Additional shipping options can be arranged by special requests.  Always let us know if there are any special instructions or deadlines you may have and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once an order is placed they are to be considered final and no changes or additions can be made.  Backordered items will be shipped automatically once the product becomes available.  We will contact you and keep you up to date on the status of all backordered items.
